The thing I love about this chocolate is that the ingredients are ones that I always have in my pantry, so I no longer have to rely on hubby buying Lindt – I can make my own in 30 minutes! Hmmm… I foresee a chocolate coma coming up…
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil, melted
- 30 mL pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch himalayan pink salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl (or a saucepan over very low heat if the room temperature is cool), then pour into moulds and freeze for 30 mins or until hardened. Easy!
