“How do you pop cauliflower?” I hear you ask? Well, you don’t. This is a raw snack, no cooking involved – and surprisingly, does actually taste very similar to buttered popcorn! Go on, be brave and give it a try…
This makes enough for a generous serving for 2 people.
Chop 1/2 head of cauliflower into little florets, about the same size as popped popcorn. Add to a large mixing bowl.
Add about 3-4 tbs olive oil, stir to coat the cauliflower.
Add about 3-4 pinches of sea salt, stir.
Add about 1/2 tsp chilli powder, stir.
Add about 3-4 tbs savoury yeast flakes (aka nutritional yeast flakes), stir.
